We may also collect basic website, referral, and analytics information, including the page that referred you to us, UTM parameters in the URL, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device information, clicks, scrolling, form interactions, and similar technical information that helps us understand website performance and outreach effectiveness.
This website is intended for parents and guardians. It is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through this website.

Cookies and tracking technologies
This website uses cookies, pixels, analytics tools, and similar technologies. These technologies help us understand how visitors find and use the website, measure marketing effectiveness, improve the website, and protect forms from spam or abuse.
The tools we currently use may include:
- HubSpot, for customer relationship management, email communications, forms, website tracking, and marketing analytics;
- Google Analytics, for website traffic and usage analytics;
- Meta Pixel, for advertising measurement, campaign attribution, retargeting, and audience-related advertising functions on Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram;
- Microsoft Clarity, for website analytics, heatmaps, and session replay tools that help us understand how visitors interact with the website; and
- Cloudflare Turnstile, for spam prevention and bot-detection on website forms.
These tools may collect or process information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent on pages, referring pages, approximate location, cookie identifiers, click behavior, scrolling behavior, form interaction data, and similar technical or usage information.
We do not sell personal information in the ordinary sense of exchanging it for money. However, some privacy laws may treat certain advertising, analytics, or tracking activities as a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" activity. Where required by law, we will provide applicable privacy choices.
Who has access
Your information is stored in our customer relationship system, HubSpot, and may be accessed by S.A.M. New York staff and service providers who help us operate the website, manage communications, analyze website usage, measure advertising performance, protect the website from spam or abuse, and maintain our systems.
We may share limited website and tracking information with analytics and advertising providers, including HubSpot, Google, Meta, Microsoft, and Cloudflare, as described above.
As part of the S.A.M franchise system, limited information may be shared with authorized franchise-system personnel or service providers where reasonably necessary to support website operations, brand compliance, program administration, or business operations.
Spam protection
Forms on our website use Cloudflare Turnstile to help verify that form submissions come from a real browser rather than automated spam or abuse. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical information about your browser, device, and interaction with the form for security and anti-abuse purposes.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the information submitted through this website. No website, email system, analytics tool, or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send.
You may also be able to manage cookie and tracking preferences through our cookie banner, your browser settings, or privacy settings offered by Google, Meta, Microsoft, HubSpot, and other providers.
To request deletion of the information we hold about you, email privacy@samnewyork.com. We will respond to deletion requests within 30 days, unless we need to retain limited information for legal, security, recordkeeping, or operational reasons.
